The Annapurna Circuit Trek, the nearest Himalayan trek from the capital is a legendary trek in Nepal. However, some people listed it as the classical route to uncover the various facets of Nepal. It boasts not only rugged lands of Manang and Mustang but also biodiversity with culture and locals. Do you know? Trekking through the Annapurna Circuit takes us from the sub-tropical zone up to the very edge of the arid Tibetan plateau. Hence it is an extraordinary trek that blends the Marsyangdi Valley and the sacred Kali Gandaki Valley. Unlike other treks in Nepal, It follows the Marsyangdi Valley to the north of the main Himalayan range and crosses a 5416m pass to descend into the dramatic desert-like, Tibetan-style scenery of the upper Kali Gandaki Valley.

In addition to that, along with scenery and cultural diversity, Annapurna Circuit is a familiar name. If you are looking for one of the world’s classical walk, Annapurna Circuit Trek is the right pick.

Why this trek is known as “Annapurna Circuit Trek”?

As the name indicates, this trek encircles the entire Annapurna range. In the thrilling note, you will be crossing the formidable Thorong La Pass (5416m), one of the highest pass in the world. Crossing this pass, walling picturesque villages and communicating with Nepalese people are its major chronicles.

Initially, Annapurna circuit trek kicks-off from Besisahar nestling in the Marshyangdi valley and concludes at Kali Gandaki Gorge. And it proceeds along landslides area, passes in Manang to Mustang. Even till the date, Manang, the home of Tibetan-Buddhists is considered as less visited in Nepal.

From Manang to Tatopani via Mustang during Annapurna Circuit Trek

Gradually, descending from the world’s highest pass, we pay a holy visit to Muktinath Temple. It is a holy shrine for Hindu as well as Buddhist. Not only that, trekkers get to pass the Dhaulagiri Ice flow fall and the world’s deepest gorge. One of the major attractions is the world’s deepest gorge, Dana, which made my Kaligandaki river in between Dhaulagiri and Annapurna peaks. The trans-Himalayan sections of Manang and Mustang are a good feast for not only cameras but also to natural eyes. The windy wonderland of Nepal, Mustang, welcomes all with winds, an intense one. Likewise, hot spring awaits us at Tatopani followed by a magnificent sunrise at Poon Hill. After relishing upon the morning sun rays at Poon Hill, we will descend back to Pokhara via Gurung village of Ghandruk.

Furthermore, this trek offers – panoramic mountain vistas, appealing beauty of the cascading waterfalls, blooming forest, the heart-warming hospitality bestowed by locals and what not? Everything our souls to rejuvenate, the Annapurna region has it all.

FYI: The Annapurna circuit entails four main regions. Mainly trekkers have to stroll through Lamjung, Manang, Mustang, and Myagdi. So, tourists are rewarded with the enthralling views of subtropical valleys and beautiful villages.

So if you have an intense craving to feed on a strenuous walk in nature with multi-cultural features, Annapurna Circuit Trek is the best item. Hurry up! Book your trip with us. We will be more happy to assist you.
